you server is down , my guess is you have been hacked if you did not change anything , post the link, also this might happened if your server has trouble , wait a sec , that is encoded php file you placed some encoded php code bit in template index.php

thx for your help it was a hack i got it off now it took allnite looking for it ,someone use a css file hack....i got website info.ip.of the website if you need it..if the same hack happens to somone esle, now i need security help for this,,
