Footer in Newsline 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
There are a host of wonderful news sites in the newsline footer position prebuilt in the 1.5 demo version. These all link back to the home page. So, I searched every menu, section, category, article, and module, looking for one of these links or rss feeds -- I am not sure what they would or should be. I do not understand how they are on the live template when I cannot find them in any of the Joomla menus. Are these just placeholders and if so, how do I get rid of them so I can create my own.

I would like to use them as they are but I do not know how to access them to change them.

Thank you

I switched editors to JoomlaFCK and got this first time I tried to edit an article:

Warning: C:\xampp\htdocs\Joomla/templates/newsline/css/template.css does not appear to be a valid file. Reverting to JoomlaFCK's default styles

Any ideas?

I re-installed joomla and I reinstalled the demo 1.5 with newsline template and I then installed the fckeditor in this pristine, unaltered environment and I still got this message.

Does FCK not work with this template?

It's a bug in the program not the template. The best place to get help for the editor is the developers forum.
