Need help customizing Softech Template 9 Months, 2 Weeks ago

I purchased the Softech template a few weeks ago, unfortunatly it was not fully* compatible with joomla 1.5 (Although it says it is) I emailed support but never recieved a reply. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOUJOOMLA AGAIN. Their ads for templates are mis-leading and and I do not appriciate being ripped off, which is essentialy what it's called when you mislead people in regards to your products to make sales.
After the bad experience I had with trying to "do the right thing" by purchasing a template I wanted, I'll just go ahead with downloading and using the PAID YouJoomla templates that are "PART OF TEXT EDITED"
And now I won't feel even a tinge of guilt for doing so. Great Support Guys.

As an established Joomla developer we believe YouJoomla club is the best resource for advanced Joomla templates - We have found them very courteous and professional.
I'm sure they will be happy to assist you with your issues. We would enjoy learning of the resolution.
We intend to remain a template club member for life.

You are probably a competitor that is a bit jealous and not a customer,otherwise you would have gave your user name and right email address. As for compatibility of the template you might be the only one who has a problem. Now if you don't like our templates and they don't work , why would you go ahead and use our illegal downloaded ones? All members here know that I am giving support 24/7 , I have people calling me at 12pm and I still help. You might also be hoping that I will remove this thread but no I will leave it here, might just edit the words that we do not want in search engines.
