All future
Youjoomla templates will have a dual license. Only PHP template
files will be released under GNU/GPL V2 license.
CSS , JAVASCRIPT , and IMAGE files will still hold Youjoomla
LLC proprietary license. Distribution of these files is restricted
unless otherwise stated by Youjoomla LLC.
Example of "otherwise stated by Youjoomla LLC" :
Free joomla template released by Youjoomla LLC will hold same license
but you are free to use , modify and distribute license restricted
files.
Commercial joomla templates will hold same license but you are NOT allowed to distribute license restricted files.
In both cases you are to retain Youjoomla LLC copyright with in the
files. If you edit the PHP files you can edit the copyright information
as follows:
Youjoomla proprietary license:
This license controls modification and or distribution of Youjoomla
LLC products files, except PHP file types. Since the combination
of CSS JS and Image files with PHP files is independently sent and
compiled in clients browser it must NOT hold the GPL license. These files are licensed under Youjoomla LLC proprietary license and
are not to be modified or redistributed unless otherwise stated by
Youjoomla LLC.
Modification of these files is allowed only to Youjoomla LLC
customers who are also bounded by their membership level and Membership
Terms and Conditions. Distribution of these files is prohibited unless otherwise stated by
Youjoomla LLC.

All frontpage visible copyright notices in Youjoomla Commercial
products must remain in tact!
Template Copyright removal can be purchased here for additional $35.00
per domain.

frontend visible templates copyright and reference

If you own developer license you can also remove frontend visible copyright from YJ Contact us and YJ Live Search extensions. All other extensions copyrights must remain in tact.

1.) As a Developer member or if you are using YJSG for commercial offering, you are obligated to retain visible "Powered by YJSG Framework logo" only if you are publicly showcasing Joomla! Templates powered by YJSG.
2.) If you are privately presenting a YJSG based template to your client you do not have to retain the visible YJSG logo.
3. ) "Powered by YJSG" Logo and link to yjsimplegrid.com in template
administration must remain if you are using YJSG based templates for any commercial offering.

Youjoomla.com currently allows you non-exclusive limited license only. This effectively means that you can use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in conformity with these Terms of Use and Conditions (the "license") issued by Youjoomla.com.

By installing and using Youjoomla Products on your server, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Youjoomla license grants you the right to run one instance (a single installation) of the Youjoomla Products on one web server and one web site for each license purchased or limited by number of domains assigend to you Club Membership. Each license may power one instance of the Youjoomla Products on one domain.
The Commercial Software is licensed only to you. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Youjoomla Porducts in any form, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the prior written consent of Youjoomla LLC.
You may not use Youjoomla Products for your friends or clients unless you own Developer Membership. If this agreement violation is discovered , your membership will be automatically suspended.
By installing and using Youjoomla Products , you agree that all of the terms and conditions of the Youjoomla License Agreement shall also apply to your use of Youjoomla extensions that you purchased or came with the product purchased
