Youjoomla.com currently allows you non-exclusive limited license only. This effectively means that you can use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in conformity with these Terms of Use and Conditions (the "license") issued by Youjoomla.com.
Youjoomla products is a copyrighted work of authorship and is also protected under applicable database laws. Youjoomla LLC retains ownership of the Software and any copies of it, regardless of the form in which the copies may exist. This license is not a sale of the original Software or any copies.
By installing and using Youjoomla Products on your server, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Such agreement is either on your own behalf or on behalf of any corporate entity which employs you or which you represent. In this Agreement, 'you' includes both the reader and any Corporate Licensee :
Youjoomla license grants you the right to run one instance (a single installation) of the Youjoomla Products on one web server and one web site for each license purchased or limited by number of domains assigend to you Club Membership. Each license may power one instance of the Youjoomla Products on one domain.
The Software is licensed only to you. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Youjoomla Porducts in any form, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the prior written consent of Youjoomla LLC.
You may not use Youjoomla Products for your friends or clients unless you own Developer Membership. If this agreement violation is discovered , your membership will be automatically suspended.
By installing and using Youjoomla Products , you agree that all of the terms and conditions of the Youjoomla License Agreement shall also apply to your use of Youjoomla extensions that you purchased or came with the product purchased

Template Copyright removal can be purchased here for additional $35.00 per domain.
Upon approved purchase you will receive email with information on how to remove our copyright from template.
