Neo provides outstanding and timely service - I've never seen the like and I\'m a member at Joomlart and RocketTheme, both good companies. Neo answers all forum posts - sometimes within minutes. He's caught me off guard a couple times as I had settled back to wait for a response in a few days or weeks, and he replied within an hour! Thanks to Neo, my site was up and running in days, because he answered all my questions promptly.Now I\'m looking for a place to use his Blog V2 theme, just for the fun of it.
