Hi there. I'm afraid that financial accounting and reporting are mandatory from the very beginning of your business. One of the primary reasons for proper accounting in small businesses is to support informed financial decision-making. Accurate financial records allow business owners to evaluate their current financial health and make strategic choices based on data rather than guesswork. Whether it's deciding to invest in new equipment, expand operations, or hire additional staff, having a clear financial picture is essential for making the right choices. Therefore, I advise you to hire an accountant or you can use Google templates to get started (https://thegoodocs.com/freebies/expense-reports/).

Proper accounting provides small business owners with the tools to evaluate their company's performance over time. Key financial metrics, such as revenue growth, profit margins, and return on investment, can be analyzed to determine what strategies are working and where improvements are needed.
