Last time I purchased membership, due to unforeseen circumstances, I did not download anything at all, and only asked one single question in the forum the entire duration of the membership, which was about how to change the background img. I also contacted billing about this issue but never got any response.
Is it possible to get a refund or at least a discount on another membership?
