Hi,
I'm a newby on Joomla and on this forum too.
I've installed Exmium template on my local computer to start understanding how to use it.

Now, the question is: I would like to do some changes about in articles on home page but i can't. Some other changes, made editing .css files, has gone well.
In particular, it seems that I should modify the file "inline:23" but I can't find (o disable) this file (I insert an image).
Can you suggest me something?

PS: I've already turn "Activate custim css file" on.

Thanks

hi neo
and thank for your reply.
I'had already tried to do what is written in your documentation but i did not succeed in doing what i want.
Is there a way to exclude "inline" file to be read and make manual changes by editing existing .css files?

Thanks

I am not sure what you mean by exclude inline,

to override the yjsg layout copy the extension override folder to
template/eximium/html folder and edit what you need

in your case

copy

folder and edit this file
https://github.com/YJSGframework/yjs...efault.php#L64

you need to get familiar with joomla MVC
How to override the output from the Joomla! core - Joomla! Documentation

but in Yjsg you would copy files/folder from here

Hi Neo,
it's clear this is my problem (I'm not so familiar to Joomla yet ).

The fact is that the change I want to make has been so easy to do into another template of yours, and I thought it would have been the same in this case
But maybe this template's structure is not similar..

The part of site I would like to change is in the image, but, if it's difficult to explain me (considering my entry level), i sincerely thank you for replies and I stop asking

Bye

dont stop asking , otherwise we wont be able to teach you ,
since you worked with previous yjsg version the process is same
difference is that the files that were located in old template html folder are now inside the plugin

root/plugins/system/yjsg/includes/html folder if template is released after yjsg v2

and

root/plugins/system/yjsg/legacy/html for older ones

you would now just copy the extension folder you want to edit to your template html folder and do same thing you did before.

but this time when you update the template, the changes you made will stay there

Hi Neo,
i tried to do what you posted but I did not succeed in doing it.
I still cannot find the file (or the folder) to edit font, colour and other details of an artcile.
It's my fault for sure..

In the other template I used (yougrids), I simply edited .css files and I could make many changes.

I'm sorry to make you lose your time..

you wopuld do same thing now but no more core edits but css overrides
in custom.css add

.module_title,
.article_title{
font-size:50px;
}

and you will see the change

It works!!!!
(well, it's obvious.. You suggested me! )

So, to make some other preferences (i.e. bold or cursive font, font colour on mousehover ecc...) I only have to put some strings in that file.. isnt'it?

I really, really, really thank you!!!
