Module positions won't show

I've used Baseline before without any issues. But for some reason I can't get any of the module positions (top, adv, etc) to publish on this instance.

I did change the height of the padding above the logo position/header, but can't see how that's affecting the module positions from publishing. Help is appreciated.

You had an old version of the admin js file.
Please advise when did you download the template.
