I want to use the Image Slider just the very same way they do in the http://www.youjoomla.com/ website.
I am using the University Template.

I cannot get the image slider images to justify to the LEFT.
I create the graphics exactly the size needed to span full width, and correct height, but it does not go to the left, keeps going to the right.

How can I make a site, with large image slider just like http://www.youjoomla.com/

Thank you.

I love YOUJOOMLA!

The slider uses the images you make. Just place the image on the left side in the position when you make it. Also you might want to download the newer version of the module if you are not already using it. Also need link to website to see how it is setuped.

You have it in the header position how small is it. And what are the sizes of your images?

Give a link to your site or upload a image so I can get an idea of what it looks like.

Youre probably going to have to make it the size of the header. And that information can be found in the css file for the color template that you are using.

982 x 175
But the template, when assigned to header, only allows a small area on Right of header
I need it to expand to full width, like on the YOUJOOMLA site.

Help Please

Put in in the user1 position. Or if you know html create a top module position and place it there.

LOOK, please...

http://www.cfcamerica.org/

You see it there, top right.,.. I need it to be justified left, and cover all of the header area width... like on youjoomla.com

I have no idea how to make it do so.
Would appreciate those of you who know how, to help if you can.
I guess I need a user module position, created, that expands the total width of the template?

Maybe if you could tell me what file to edit, to make the slider module expand the full width, and justified left,
using the HEADER position, I cold get it to work.???

You said you wanted it to be like Youjoomlas front page. If you look at the front page you will see that the image slider is under the menu. It is not placed in the header. If you want it to look like that use the module position user1. Other wise Neo will have to help you and that is considered custom work adding new module positions or altering the divs in the css files. Its all explained in the forum rules.
