Please notice that you need to change your html in order to get that look.
For each image and the title add a block that is holding it and then write the css to fit the layout you need.
Also please notice that you are asking for custom changes...

Thank you Arefund.
I am sorry, I did not know that would be considered as custom work. How much would that cost and in what time frame?
I need help because I cannot do what you have indicated. Is there a another solution that would be easier to implement and I would be able to manage?

Thanks again.

Right now we are not offering custom works for the customers.
You can try to use the grid system to help you out.

Each of this div should contain the image and the title.
<div class="yjsg-col-1-2"> content... </div>

You can try to add this into the HTML code.

Code:

<div class="yjsg-row">
    <div class="yjsg-col-1-2">
    	<img src="/q/images/kimdouglas100.jpg" alt="Ms. Marcia Douglas" style="vertical-align: top; margin: 0 auto;">
        <h4 style="text-align:center;">Captain Marcia Douglas</h4>
    </div>
    <div class="yjsg-col-1-2">
        <img src="/q/images/Fofie100.jpg" alt="Ms. Carol Miller" style="vertical-align: top; margin: 0 auto;">
        <h4 style="text-align:center;">Ms. Carol Miller</h4>
    </div>
</div>
