Hello Slowlyjam.
You can add css code for your image and adjust the css for the grid.
I suggest you to add the module suffix first so you can trigger only that image.
.suffix img{
width:100%;
}
Add your suffix and advise me so i can provide proper css.

Add this now to your custom.css file:
.gridsfx-suffix{
padding:0;
}
.yjsgsfx-suffix.yjsgxhtml {
padding: 0;
}
Also remove the p element around your image.

Inside your HTML you have <p> element around the image, http://prntscr.com/auirhh
Remove it so it can remove the small space under the image.

Go to your module admin panel and remove the <p> element from the image.
Right now inside the module you can see this:
<p><img src="/q/images/interbengfb-copy.jpg" alt="" style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"></p>
it should be without <p> element:
<img src="/q/images/interbengfb-copy.jpg" alt="" style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;">
