There are two modules on the right side.
Module number 1 (yours) shows it wrong.
Module number 2 (from another company) shows it right.
Both modules are configured the exact same way to show article titles from different categories & subcategories.
Since the site is RTL try to read the module content from right to left...
Module number 2 (from another company) shows the article titles & only the article titles.
Module number 1 (yours) shows the article title & afterwards the category or subcategory name.

After the ">" the category name is shown.
At your screenshot it doesn't show because the article title is long.
Let it roll till an article with a short title will appear.
Than you will see that the category name is shown after the article title.
Than post the screenshot -)).
