partial psd download at youpulse
 

Hi,

I tried downloading the psd source files of the youpulse template, but got an unexpected dialog box requiring me to type a password since these files are password protected (unexpected because I never got this message b4).

I tried typing my youjoomla developer password but the dialog showed up again and again until in order to proceed I had to press "cancel". resulting of that the folder contained only partial info...

I logged out and re-login, reset my password and tried to download but the problem occur again :(

:confused: Can anyone explain to me how to download the complete folder?

Hmm, i downloaded it a few days ago and unpacked it and all was fine.

Tried re-downloading it again and got the same message as you, and no, that is not how it should be. So, it is reported to webmaster and i am sure it will be fixed when it's morning in his place of the world.

I just downloaded , no pass or anything,

see attached image , downloaded few times as admin and club member

Still the problem occur. I always try to download as a club member:
I added the images in the partial folder and a print-screen:

it says slider images PSD is not Youstudio file

YouStudio

and that is not a partial folder , that is all psd used on that template , the ones you would need is backgrounds , footer and logo , nothing else
