are the same extsion but different version ,or they are differnt extensions?

Yes and yes! ;)

When new templates are released, you may find that an extension such as News Slider has been incremented to News Slider 8 from News Slider 7. While a new version, it does not necessarily replace the older version.

When you examine the parameters for each, they are often very different. Try experimenting with different extensions in different templates to get that certain look you are after.
