CSS compile not working

Hi,
I have tried to activate CSS compile,
Marking all three setting as yes (compile CSS, compress CSS and use compressed file)
However, I have waited an ~hour and still don't see any change on the site nor in pagespeed insights...

Are you sure your are posting in product assigned forum?: Yes

What is your CMS version?: Joomla 2.5

MySQL Version: 5.x

PHP version: 5.x

Link to installation: הפו*דק - משחקי תפקידים, מבוכים ודרקו*ים, משחקי לוח - הפו*דק

Have you edited any files? If yes tell us which ones.: Yes

Is this personal or client website?: Personal

waited an hour for what?
set those to yes , hit clear cache and save , that is it , it will compile template css files in to one

Hi,
The compress is only partially working, it ignores the RTL css files...
Thanks

yes it is made like that, it is not importing rtl css file
