Bootstrap and editors

1 Attachment(s)
I have two general questions pertaining to YouGrids and just in general:
First, I would like to use Bootstrap to do some formating. As far as I can tell, the styles are not being called up by the template although Bootstrap 3 is activated in the backend (and js is loading-see screenshot). Do I need to manually add a call for the bootstrap stylesheets for the YouGrid template to be able to use them? If yes, where do I put that call and what is the code for it?
Second, on several sites I've done with YouJoomla templates, I've often run into problems implementing short codes. I've found out, that the CK Editor (which I have been using as a standard editor) is usually the problem. My question: Can you recommend an editor that works best with your templates and is still user friendly?
Thanks,
Larry
