[SOLVED] How Can I Upgrade My Membership???

I recently purchased a template, but found it doesn't come with everything in the demo. So I would like to upgrade my membership to be able to download the extensions that go with the template. However, I want to use the amount I paid for the template as a discount on the purchase of a full membership. How can I do this? Thanks.

Please do, and you should be able to see this upgrade option under Your Subscriptions, on the front page of YouJoomla where you login

But first things first, you must contact billings

Yes, I did write to billing (before I made that post). Currently the only upgrade option I see allows me to upgrade, but at the normal upgrade price, and not at the discounted price. That is my concern, and that is why I have made this post. I will wait to see if anything else changes on the homepage to allow me to upgrade at the discounted price. For now, the only thing under my Subscriptions is "Useful Links" and that too shows no upgrade option for the discounted price. So I will continue to wait. Thank you.
