[SOLVED] Membership Developer
Hello,
Sorry for my english, i' m french. I want know if i am a Membership Developer i can sell joomla template with extensions without touching anything. I'll try to make me understand, I already sell my joomla template on my website but i want sell templates the same as your and removed the copyright for mine. I stay within the law? again sorry |

Hi - Just to clarify, you CANNOT resell YouJoomla products. That is prohibited.
With a Developer membership, you can use the products on an unlimited number of sites for YOUR clients and friends. You can bill for any services you provide, of course, but you cannot directly resell any YouJoomla products. You also cannot share your credentials so that others can download anything using your information. You can also remove the "Powered by" text on the template and replace it with your text, or remove it altogether. All copyright and branding information within extensions must remain intact; however, some extensions offer branding removal for an additional fee. If handled properly and appropriately, it sounds as if a Developer membership might fit your design needs, just not resale needs. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Cheers! |
