NewStyle II Template
I am interested in the News Style II template...but I also need to build a community and allow the community to comment on posts. Rating on comments would be nice. Is there a solution?

My other question, in addition to the commenting, was a community builder so that I could have a small scale community running with the newsline II template...Is this another module?

yes yes and yes, list of available joomla extensions is here
