External video with Multimediabox in my website...

I have tried to try others post but they are not successful to understand as to make to insert an external video in an article. I have tried as an example to insert this video http://www.theeyeofthedolphin.com/tr...ailer_6-19.mov in one page. Neo, you can help to suggest me to me that what I must write in the editor in order to publish an external video?

This is to place two videos Like in the Newsline Template. For one video just separate the code.

Just insert this Code and do the same with image. Image url in blue

Replace this line. For Video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-PsHVAE4ygw
