Hi - This is a common error in Joomla installations, and really is more of an annoyance than anything else UNLESS changes are not being written to your file. After saving any changes, open the file and see if the changes were actually written to the file.

Hi - I am getting a headache now...

Let me see if I understand where you are. You make changes and save them, and the file's content actually change, but you do not see the color change on your site? If that is correct, you only need to clear browser cache and cookies, or use another browser that has not recently visited the site before the color change.

Does that sound like what is going on?

Hi Guys,
I just purchased this template and seem to have the same issue with the params.ini file shows that it saves, but the changes does not reflect on the website. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hello terbo28

Please read forum rules.
We appreciated if you start your own thread rather than posting in someone else's threads.

The answer to your problem is here in jaycburton's last answer.
This is jooomla issue, and you only need to clear joomla cache, and check out the changes in different browser than you are used to use. (you can also delete cookies in your regular browser)
