Default Click read more but still on Frontpage ? help

Hello club,
This is my first site using joomla, im using MyPhoto template.

However i confuse about how manage article via joomla. you could see it live here http://www.automatictradingmastery.com

well, my problem :
as you see i use a custom module (html) that would be place only on Home (mainmenu | Home), and on the right side as you click into read more , i want the center module gone...

how to achieve that ?

in other words, when i click a read more, i want to achive this :
http://www.automatictradingmastery.c...&Itemid=36

instead of this :
http://www.automatictradingmastery.c...9&Itemid=1

please help !
