Default Fireboard help!

Hi I liked your tutorial on how to assign group badges in fireboard so I figure you guys might be able to help me with a couple of problems im facing. First Im not getting anywhere with this on the bestofjoomla forums. The first problem is the quick reply does not work. Have any of you guys encountered this and found a solution?

The second issue isnt really a problem more like an oversight. The website Im putting together is using fireboard, CB and groupjive to create a social networking site. I noticed that if you set firebaord to be fully integrated with CB and set it to use the cb avatar when the user has no avatar in their cb profile fireboard does not display any avatar at all not even the default one! Id like to modify the fireboard so that it will display the default CB avatar in this situation. And if the cb users avatar is pending approval id like the pending pic to display as the avatar in fireboard. Now i could probably modify the code myself to achieve this if I could find exactly where is it controlled within the fireboard php files. Iv tracked it down to here so far: fbprofile.php lines 80 to 98 but Changing the code does not seem to have any effect on the output.

Any help or advice is welcome.

cheers

I am sorry to disappoint you, but I will be not able to help. The hack that I integrated was a hard work also and I know what you mean with FB support. I am not expert in FB or CB , just when I get an idea I let people know how was it done that is all.WHat I noticed is that most templates have problems with FB javascripts and that might be your issue to with the quick reply

Okey mate, Ill perceiver with it. I figured out the quick reply problem it was the javascript in my joomla template that was causing conflicts. I thunk Iv managed to track down the correct bit of php code for the avatars in fbprofile.php lines 80 to 98 but when I try to modify it seems to have no effect on the forum not even a error msg.
