Hi - I can resize the image using the parameters in this module in the Module Manager. What, specifically, are you unable to do?

I resized to 625x228 in parameters. But that not working. Displaying 1 side of the image only.. So photoshop is the only option i think... give me a solution.

When you adjust the slide height and width in the module parameters, think of this as adjusting a picture frame. The picture behind the frame remains the same; you are only adjusting how much of it you can see. If you want to change the picture itself, you would make it physically larger or smaller.

The module width and height parameters affect any and all images specified in the module. If you want to change the size of any given image file, then of course you must use a photo editor to accomplish such changes.
