[SOLVED] I'm unable to download templates.

Hi,

I still got 1 month of my suscription. I've downloaded just 1 template in the 5 previous months. (Or 2 maximum)

Now, I want to download more but just a second before ending the download it got automatic interrupted. Every templatle, every file.

My computer works fine as I use it every day to work and also, I download every day from many many sites on the web.

Any help to solve my issue will be great!

Hi

Are you by any chance using a download extension to download?

Make sure you use only the browser, firefox is good for this.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your answer. I'm using Chrome, default settings, no extension. It's pretty weird because the download is perfect and it just got interrupted a second before ending. Every time it's the same.

Are you sure that this can't be caused for something at YouJoomla end?

Hi,

I don't know why but Chrome is not downloading OK. Anyways, I followed orion_'s advice and go for it with Firefox and I'm downloading totally fine.
