[SOLVED] how can i use the demo?

can i insert my content on the demo site in members template?
i mean to download the demo temp and to insert my content instead of yours.

Yes, this you can do..

By using the demo, you can either delete the demo articles and content, or overwrite with your own content.

Demo is good to use to learn how to setup the site and make the most of the use of the extensions.
