[SOLVED] Joomla extension border for image?

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone out there in joomla-land knows of an extension that can create a border for my images. I like this one:

add to css ,

img {
border:1px solid #ccc;
padding:3px;
background:#eee;
}

or use border class defined in typography params
