Installing template

I have bought and downloaded the INSTOCK template for use on a Joomla 1.5 server. This is my first Joomla template which I wish to use on my first Joomla based website, so just a beginner.

Do I install the entire Instock Pack zip file or do I unzip it and then upload a specific folder/file.

Tried the entire file but had no success.
