OK this one will make some of you happy ,

after the Design Lab is released we are fully concentration on new Real estate concept which will include

template duhh

new commercial search component called YJ Global Search

YJGS will give you few simple options that will transform you real estate , cars sales, or basically any listings website in full Joomla! powered listing with some nice search modules.

In YJGS you as admin will able to add your own search params. Example

Admin creates 2 new parameters called Price and Location

component generates new mambot params called price and location for you

Create new news item and include under or in your news text

{yjsearch}{price= 200.000}{location = Florida}{/yjsearch}

the price and location will be listed in a nice layout which is CSS powered so you can style it as you like ( trying to add styling in admin) and YJGS search module will pickup all news items that have these params in text included.

On top of that we are working on live search module function to add some web 2.0 look to your website.

We will try to shoot for end of the month release but understand please that there are many options we will have to consider and work on so there might be a small delay

What???? WHAT?? Now you are being mean!! Im getting a ton of dental work done on the 20th and was taking the next 4 days off to play with the new toy! Now Im just gonna suffer with nothing to take my mind off all the teeth that Im having pulled!

LOL, It sounds like its going to be a great product.
