Yes, I did write to billing (before I made that post). Currently the only upgrade option I see allows me to upgrade, but at the normal upgrade price, and not at the discounted price. That is my concern, and that is why I have made this post. I will wait to see if anything else changes on the homepage to allow me to upgrade at the discounted price. For now, the only thing under my Subscriptions is "Useful Links" and that too shows no upgrade option for the discounted price. So I will continue to wait. Thank you.
