Joomla 2.5 beta is out

Dear members we a very proud to announce that our templates and extensions run smoothly on Joomla 2.5.1 beta. We are still in testing phase for all possible server versions and our team is ready for any future issues if they arise.

All our products have tested positive but there is one Joomla 2.5 requirement that might give you trouble regardless if you are using our extensions or not.

Joomla 2.5 requires PHP 5.3.x and up to run without issues.

This can cause problems to some of you if your web hosting company is not able to upgrade from PHP 5.2 to PHP 5.3. Also some of 3rd party extensions for Joomla might not get immediate fix for PHP 5.3 so this is kinda like double catch.

During our testing we have discovered one issue with Joomla 2.5 beta  on PHP 5.2.x and that is use of new PHP 5.3 class called get_called_class() which is not backwards compatible with PHP 5.2.
